Cheap Lee Valley Veritas Surface Dogs, 3/4″ Post

Machined from aluminum, this dog has a flat face for work registration and a rim that supports and stabilizes it on the bench surface. The post fits tightly in a 3/4″ dog hole, resisting movement from horizontal forces.

When used with a Veritas Worksurface (available separately), surface dogs let you take advantage of the precise grid layouts for fast and repeatable work positioning, and are useful for accurately aligning work in relation to the T-tracks at 90° or 45° angles. Face is 13/16″ × 1/2″ tall.
