Designed to meet the needs of commercial chefs but sized for home use, these heavy-duty baking pans belong in any kitchen.
Made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, each is hand made with wire-reinforced rolled edges to add strength and resist warping. Ridges on the bottom of the pan allow air to circulate for even, top-to-bottom cooking. The baking surface has a nonstick silicone coating (free of PTFE, PFOA and BPA) that releases foods readily, and the seamless corners make for easier clean-up.
Produced in Pennsylvania by USA Pan, a fourth-generation family-owned business, the pans are available in four sizes. The eighth-sheet pan measures just 9″ × 6″ × 1″ – a useful size that fits most toaster ovens and air fryers, and spares you from cleaning a larger pan than necessary when cooking small portions in a regular oven. The quarter-sheet pan measures 12 1/2″ × 9″ × 1″, a convenient size, as two pans can fit side by side on most oven racks. The half-sheet pan is 17 1/4″ × 12 1/4″ × 1″. The extra-large pan measures 20 1/4″ × 14 1/4″ × 1″ and is ideal for cooking in sizeable batches.
