Designed to cut plastics and acrylic materials, these spiral “O” single-flute carbide bits provide an upward cut that delivers both a shearing and auguring action.

The “O” flute is deeper than the flutes on a standard CNC bit and efficiently ejects chips up and away, dispersing heat to prevent melting and chip rewelding, resulting in clean cuts and a prolonged bit life.

The micro-thin ceramic coating minimizes friction to further reduce heat generation and oxidation, which helps the cutting edge retain its sharpness.

Available with a 1/16″, 1/8″ or 1/4″ diameter. 1/4″ shanks.
