Shop Lee Valley Replacement Blade For Japanese Convex Crosscut Kataba

This convex crosscut kataba blade is made from 0.023″ thick steel with impulse-hardened teeth. The 10 7/16″ long blade has a 0.80″ tooth pitch and 14.5 tpi.

It hooks into the handle with a friction fit; to remove the blade, just carefully strike the back of the saw against a flat surface. Installing the new blade is as simple; tap the hook until it is fully seated.
